Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Click on the 'to buy' button and fill out your contact details in the registration form. Select the number of items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked to complete your credit/debit or paypal details, which we require in order to complete your purchase.
We accept Visa credit and debit cards / Mastercard / Switch / Solo / Maestro and Paypal. If you are shopping from the USA, E.U or elsewhere, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euros or your own currency.
Privacy Policy
Dreamtan Inc. do not disclose buyer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this website to track the contents of your shopping cart and to store the delivery addresses.
Shipping And Handling
We deliver to the UK, EU and USA and other countries by arrangement. If you experience any problem with your order, please telephone our order line and we can arrange for an alternative delivery via your country distributor.
Due to delivery issues, we will only forward packages in the UK by recorded delivery.
Please be advised that The Royal Mail does not consider a package to be lost until 15 days after posting, hence we reserve the right to wait 15 days post shipping before declaring the item lost.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to process order within 24 hours from receipt of payment. We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days, however please allow 28 days during busy holiday periods. International orders are generally received within 5 working days, but please allow 28 days.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
For residents in the Channel Islands, (a zero rated VAT zone) - please select the country as Channel Islands not United Kingdom when you order, to ensure VAT is not charged. If you are resident in the mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man then you must select United Kingdom.

Returns Policy
Our product is sold for personal use and instructions for use are clearly stated on the packaging. If a problem arises with the product, please contact us and we will try to resolve the situation. Products returned to us within 28 days unopened and in the original undamaged packaging will qualify for a full refund minus the cost of postage and packing.
