By ordering through our website or at in-person events/pop-ups, you agree to these terms.
TikTok Shop orders follow TikTok’s own terms and processes.

💳 2. Ordering & Payment

  • We accept Debit/Credit Card, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other options shown at checkout.

  • Payment is taken in full when you order.

  • Pre-orders may be available for items on the way - these will be clearly marked.

📦 3. Delivery

  • Where we ship: UK Nationwide (international available on request - extra costs may apply).

  • Dispatch time: Within 1 working day.

  • Delivery speed: 1-3 working days.

  • Couriers: Mainly DPD & Evri - we may switch if needed to meet delivery times.

  • Import duties: If shipping internationally, the customer is responsible for any import taxes/duties.

🔄 4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order!

✅ Faulty or damaged items: We’ll replace or refund you.
✅ Change of mind: Accepted only if sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
❌ No returns on opened/used products unless faulty (cosmetics law).

  • Return window: 14 days from receiving your order.

  • Return postage: Covered by us if faulty; covered by you if not faulty.

  • Refunds: Processed within 10 working days of receiving the return (plus bank processing time).

  • Tanning results vary by skin type, tone, and sunbed use.

  • Always patch test before using them for the first time.

  • We’re not responsible for reactions if patch testing is skipped or instructions are ignored.

  • Discount codes may be used with sales unless stated otherwise.

  • No price adjustments for purchases made before a sale.

These terms are governed by Scottish law and all applicable UK legislation. Any disputes will be handled by the Scottish courts.
